Ginger Owl Return Policy

At Ginger Owl, we strive to provide high-quality items that you'll love. While we're confident in our products, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a credit note return policy under the following conditions:

  • Returns for Credit Note Only: Ginger Owl does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Returns will be processed for a credit note only.
  • Return Timeframe:
    • Australian customers: Items must be received within 10 days of delivery.
    • International customers: Items must be received within 21 days of delivery.
    • A Return Authorization (RA) request must be received within 5 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition:
    • Items must be returned in saleable condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
    • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed.
    • Ginger Owl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original invoice must be included with your return.
  • Exclusions:
    • No returns or credit notes on sale items.
    • Lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, and lay-by items are not eligible for return or credit note unless deemed faulty.
  • Return Authorization (RA):
    • Contact online@gingerowl.com.au with your return query to obtain an RA number before shipping.
    • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Credit Note Validity:
    • Returns will be processed as online credit notes.
    • Credit notes are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
    • Credit notes are redeemable exclusively on the Ginger Owl E-Boutique and cannot be used for in-store purchases.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • Tracking is highly recommended for all returns.
  • Invoice Inclusion: The original invoice must be included in the return package.
