Refund policy

Ginger Owl want you to love and wear your pieces, we believe in providing high-quality items and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; therefore Ginger Owl is pleased to offer the following return policy. 
  • Items must be returned and received within 10 days of delivery for Australian customers and 21 days for international customers. RA request must be received within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Ginger Owl reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.
  • Original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase.
  • No change-of-mind refunds or return offered on sale items.
  • Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, lay-by items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
  • Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

Please contact with your return query and to obtain your returns number prior to posting. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number.

Online credits are issued for returns and expire 6 months from the date issued and can only be used to purchase via Ginger Owl E-Boutique, not in store.

Return shipping costs are at the customers' expenses and tracking is highly recommended.
