1. Domestic (Australian) Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $200 or more within Australia.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

- Orders are processed on the same business day they are accepted, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment verification and stock availability.
- Payment verification and stock availability checks may take longer during sale periods, potentially up to 24 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

- Estimated delivery time for Australian orders is 1-3 business days from dispatch.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options:
- Standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery.
- For secure delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours (9 am - 5 pm).
- Loss or Damage: Ginger Owl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have left our premises. However, in the case of loss or damage, we will provide all tracking information to assist you in making a claim with the shipping company.
2. International Shipping
- International Delivery Timeframe: International delivery times may vary and can take up to 14 business days.
